Your T-shirt brief should explain how the garment fits and feels, not only where the logo goes. A boxy heavyweight tee and a lightweight fitted tee need different patterns, fabric choices and neckline construction.

Construction decisions
Define shoulder position, sleeve opening, body length, neck rib width and collar shape. Include a finished garment size chart and measurement method.
Branding choices
Provide print-ready artwork with actual dimensions and color references. Small neck prints, large chest graphics and embroidery each need different placement and finishing decisions.
What to check on your sample
Check neckline recovery, twisting after washing, print hand feel, opacity and the relationship between body width and length.
Use one approved reference for the garment, artwork and packaging. Record any changes before authorizing bulk production. Fabric availability, decoration and order complexity should be confirmed in your written quotation.

Before you order
What is the minimum order for custom t-shirts?
Our minimum order is 30 pieces per style, with up to 3 colours and mixed sizes. Send your quantity breakdown by colour and size with your brief.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample production takes one week. Bulk production takes 7–14 days depending on quantity. Confirm the start date, approvals and shipping transit separately in your quotation.
