Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your contact details, company, country, production requirements and optional artwork or tech pack. Awexa uses this information to evaluate and respond to your project.
Form processing
Submissions and attachments are sent to info@awexaintl.com through authenticated Hostinger email. Our server temporarily processes uploaded files and keeps limited anti-spam counters and request hashes; it does not keep a separate archive of uploaded files. See Hostinger’s privacy policy. WhatsApp links open an external service with its own privacy practices.
Files and confidentiality
Only submit files you are authorised to share. If your project requires an NDA, contact us before uploading confidential designs. Do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information.
Your requests
Contact info@awexaintl.com to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, or to ask about retention and applicable terms. Do not submit a brief until any special data handling requirements have been agreed.
Browser storage
This website does not use advertising analytics or store your quote draft in browser storage. Form processing and external communication services may have their own technical requirements.
