Use an approved pre-production sample as the reference for construction, fit and decoration. Define measurement tolerances, fabric performance and defect classifications in your purchase specification.
Ask for 4-point fabric inspection and AQL 2.5 acceptance sampling if required by your team. These protocols must be confirmed in writing for your order; they are not a blanket certification claim.
Confirm inspection records, packing ratios and shipment release approval before dispatch.

Every collection is different. Your written quote establishes the details.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces. Include your breakdown by style, colour and size so we can confirm the allocation and quote for your project.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Sample production takes one week. Bulk production takes 7–14 days depending on order quantity. These are production timelines; shipping transit is separate. Your quotation confirms the production schedule for your order.
How much does a sample cost?
Sampling is quoted by garment complexity, fabric, artwork and shipping destination. Ask for the sample fee, revision allowance and any bulk-order credit in writing before proceeding.
What are your payment terms?
Payment milestones and accepted methods are confirmed on your quotation and pro forma invoice. If your purchasing team requires T/T or L/C, include that requirement for review; availability is subject to agreement.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Worldwide shipping is available for discussion by air, courier or sea. Request DDP or CIF pricing with your destination and shipment size. Availability, duties, insurance and responsibility for customs must be confirmed in the quote.
Can you work to our quality requirements?
Share your inspection checklist, measurement tolerances and testing requirements. If you require 4-point fabric inspection or AQL 2.5 acceptance sampling, request written confirmation of the inspection plan before production.
