BUYER QUESTIONS
Know what to ask.
Before you order.
Can I start a clothing brand with 30 pieces?
Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces. Include your breakdown by style, colour and size so we can confirm the allocation and quote for your project.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample production takes one week. Bulk production takes 7–14 days depending on order quantity. These are production timelines; shipping transit is separate. Your quotation confirms the production schedule for your order.
What should I include in a manufacturing inquiry?
Send the product type, quantity breakdown, fabric composition and GSM if known, sizing, decoration, labels, delivery country and target date. Attach a tech pack or share reference images and the measurements you already have.
What if I do not have a tech pack?
Start with a garment reference, sketch or photograph and describe the fit and changes you want. The development requirements and sample cost can then be discussed before production.
How much will my order cost?
Pricing is quoted for your design, fabric, construction, decoration and quantity. Ask for a breakdown of sampling, bulk production, labels, packaging and freight rather than comparing an unspecified per-piece price.
