For a streetwear hoodie, the silhouette starts with the chest width, shoulder drop and body length. A heavy fabric alone does not create an oversized fit. Share a reference and a size chart so the first sample can reflect your intended proportions.

Construction decisions
Specify pullover or zip-through, hood layers, pocket shape, rib height, drawcord finish and seam details. Give zipper and hardware requirements for zip hoodies.
Branding choices
Compare screen print and embroidery against your artwork, placement and fabric. Dense embroidery can change the drape; test large decoration areas on the sample.
What to check on your sample
Confirm hood shape, pocket placement, cuff recovery, body length after washing and the feel of any large print.
Use one approved reference for the garment, artwork and packaging. Record any changes before authorizing bulk production. Fabric availability, decoration and order complexity should be confirmed in your written quotation.

Before you order
What is the minimum order for custom hoodies?
Our minimum order is 30 pieces per style, with up to 3 colours and mixed sizes. Send your quantity breakdown by colour and size with your brief.
How long does sampling and production take?
Sample production takes one week. Bulk production takes 7–14 days depending on quantity. Confirm the start date, approvals and shipping transit separately in your quotation.
